Tortuga has the best nachos, the worst hours. I basically worked the opposite hours of this place my entire program. If I was ever working when it was open it was like the shock of the century
Worse, when you work Mast, and Tortuga is open, and the smell is just wafting across the street and you’re so hungry but you can’t eat there. It haunts my nightmares.
